One of the 12-inch Retina MacBook’s most daring features is the USB-C port that can transfers both power and data at speeds faster than before. Just like MagSafe chargers, the port is also reversible, meaning you don’t have to find the right way of inserting a charger into the MacBook. However, there’s one potentially major problem with the port: It’s the only port on the Retina MacBook.

That means you need adapters and docks to connect other gadgets to the Mac such as storage units, phones and memory cards while also charging it. Enter the Satechi compact USB-C dock that’s ready to solve some of your USB-C port problems.

The hub retails for just $34.99 and comes in the same three colors the Retina MacBook is available in, including gold, silver and space gray. For that price, you get three USB 3.0 ports, one SD card slot, one microSD card slot.

Unfortunately, the dock doesn’t also feature an additional USB-C port that would also recharge the MacBook, so you’ll just have to remove it whenever you need to recharge the laptop. The price and its overall size might make it a perfect accessory for Apple’s newest laptop.

The Satechi USB-C dock is available both from the retailer’s website and from Amazon.
