11:49AM:Samsung things US consumers will be inspired by the notebook and its design. The notebook, as far as we know, was announced back during CES and is just now making its way to the U.S.

11:42AM:Samsung is introducing a 4-inch Galaxy Player and a 5-inch Galaxy Player, too. These are Android-powered devices.
11:41AM:Today Samsung has announced the Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi edition. We assume it’s the original 7-inch, but without a the requirement for a carrier contract.
11:40AM:Today, for the first time, Samsung is unveiling a new product in the Galaxy family!

11:40AM:A new Samsung Scout feature will allow Samsung camera owners to share tips and tricks with one another, and even get pointers from professional photographers.
11:39AM:Samsung is introducing three new dual-view cameras.
11:38AM:HMXQ10 is a new camcorder with a flip-grip design. It only has one button for major operations, which should make it easy to use for consumers.
11:37AM:With a downloadable app, the Galaxy S smartphone can be used as a viewfinder and as a controller for the SH-100.
11:36AM:One new Wi-Fi enabled camera is the SH-100. It can automatically upload pics to Facebook, Picasa, or YouTube, and you can email them right from the camera itself.
11:36AM:Samsung says it will be updating its NX series later this year, and beyond, and to stay tuned for more.
11:35AM:Samsung is introducing new series-9 laptops in the United States. They are built out of aluminum, are spill resistant, and some models will be available tomorrow. Others will land this April. The laptops are powered by Intel Core i5 processors.
11:30AM:Albregts says 3D monitors will be introduced this year (hopefully we’ll get to check them out after the press conference).
11:29AM:Doug Albregts, VP of Enterprise BUsiness Division of Samsung Electronics America is on stage to talk about laptops.
11:27AM:The new version of Samsung’s remote control app for Android phones will allow you to transmit whatever is on your TV to your Samsung device. The feature is called Twin View. Awesome.
11:27AM:Smart Hub will also now have folders so you can sort your apps and other available content. There’s also going to be a new store within a store option that will allow consumers to purchase new content within an application.

11:25AM:Samsung is also adding light games like “Let’s Golf” to its smart apps section. Also, it’s adding an MTV Music Meter app that provides an interactive countdown of songs from the top 100 artists.
11:25AM:Samsung will be partnering with HBO to bring HBO content to smart apps.
11:24AM:Samsung is adding HBO content to its smartapps feature on its phones. That includes shows like Boardwalk Empire and The Sopranos.
11:19AM:Samsung is going to introduce 15 new plasma TV models, eight of which are 1.5-inches deep.
11:18AM:Samsung says its 60-inch bezel fits in the same bezel of older 55-inch TVS.
11:17AM:Samsung is announced a partnership with the movie Megamind. It will include the new Megamind Blu-Ray disk, the Shrek collection, and two pairs of 3D glasses with Samsung 3D TVs, beginning in March.
11:16AM:At CES Samsung announced a partnership with Dreamworks. Production designer from Dreamworks, David James, is getting on the stage now.

11:07AM:Samsung says it led the 3D TV market in the US with more than a 60 percent market share with both units and revenue. It says that’s faster than the sales of HDTV, Blu-Ray, and DVD in their first year.
