So you bought a new iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus, and you might be wondering whether it’ll work on your next trip – and especially whether it will have access to 4G LTE data. Or you might be planning to get one but aren’t sure when the phone will be available in your market. Fret not, as these questions can be easily answered.

DON’T MISS: iPhone 6s review

Apple tech site Cult of Mac put together a handy map of the world (see below) that explains where the iPhone 6s is currently available and where it’ll launch next. The initial September 25th iPhone 6s release date included 12 markets, with Apple revealing that 40 additional countries will get the new iPhones on October 9th. Furthermore, the iPhone will be available in over 130 countries by the end of the year.

As for 4G LTE roaming coverage, Apple has set up a special help page that explains what iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s models are available to customers, where they’re sold, and what LTE bands they support. The page should come in handy to frequent travellers, and should be used when buying or selling an iPhone 6s version from a different market.

The same page also lists LTE compatibility for older iPhones, including the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c.

The following screenshots shows LTE support for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s models sold in Apple’s first markets.
