Apple has just released iOS 7 beta 2, the second developer build of its brand new mobile operating system. The company unveiled iOS 7 in early June during its WWDC 2013 keynote and early impressions of Apple’s new iOS design have been mixed. Some found it to be a breath of fresh air, while others didn’t care at all for iOS 7’s flat new design aesthetic. BGR took an in-depth look at iOS 7 after using it for a week and had trouble finding much innovation amid all the renovation. We said that Apple’s new mobile software shows tremendous promise though, and it lays the groundwork for exciting new features in the future. iOS 7 beta 2 was released to carriers on Monday morning, as BGR exclusively reported, and now it is available to developers as an over-the-air (OTA) update for compatible devices and it can also be downloaded from Apple’s iOS developer portal.
