HTC’s (2498) first Windows Phone 8 device may have just been revealed as the HTC 8X. An xda-developers forum member known only as “Football” has posted an image and specifications for the handset on Twitter, showing a device that aligns well with earlier rumors. The 8X will reportedly feature a 4.3-inch display, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, an 8-megapixel rear camera, an “ultra-wide angle” front-facing camera capable of capturing 1080p HD video, NFC, Beats Audio and Microsoft’s (MSFT) Windows Phone 8 operating system. The 8X is expected to be unveiled later this month during HTC’s press conference on September 19th.
