Sprint subscribers may have just been driven further into a frenzy by Samsung’s botched Froyo update for the Epic 4G, but Galaxy S users subscribed to AT&T will still be next to have a crack at the update they’ve been waiting for. Time will only tell, however, if this update will roll out smoothly or if it will suffer the same fate as its Epic counterpart. Samsung lists the following as key changes in the update:

  • USB Tethering
  • Mobile Hotspot
  • Flash 10.1 Support
  • Enhanced Microsoft Exchange Support (Auto-Discovery, Global Address list look-up, Increased Security Features,  and Exchange Calendars)
  • Speed and Performance Optimizations
  • Ability to Install Apps Directly to SDcard

More information and instructions on how to obtain and install the update can be found via the read link below.
