BlackBerry hasn’t had too much luck with its recovery efforts over the past several months, but there are still plenty of businesses that depend on the Canadian company’s devices and services in order to function. As BlackBerry struggles to regain momentum in the smartphone market, it is looking for ways to hold on to its existing clients, which is why a partnership with Verizon could be huge for enterprise customers.

Verizon announced this week that if a business decides to stick with BlackBerry, it will receive up to $150 in bill credits for every legacy device it upgrades. BlackBerry is hoping that more businesses will be willing to stay on board with BlackBerry 10 smartphones and BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10. The bill credits can be put towards BlackBerry technical support services, BBM Protected and a variety of other services.

Other perks include free BES10 licenses, free technical support until January 31, 2015 and access to EZ Pass, which allows business to easily consolidate their devices, no matter which operating system they’re running.

The BlackBerry Z10, Q10 and Z30 smartphones all qualify for upgrades, but businesses will have to sign new two-year contracts in order to take advantage of the offer. Passports all around! The offer ends on September 30th, 2014.
