Sony Ericsson and AT&T have announced that the Xperia X10 will be available on Ma’ Bell, beginning August 15th, for $150 on-contract. The wrap sheet on the X10 is as follows: 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, 8.1 megapixel camera with LED-flash, 4-inch touchscreen display (480 x 854), 8GB ROM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a-GPS, micro-SD card slot, and a fairly heavily skinned version of Android 1.6.
