After an excruciatingly long winter, you’re probably still trying to figure out how to deal with the sudden onslaught of summer. It’s hard to suddenly adjust to the sun and get back in the spirit after huddling in your home for so long, but thankfully, indie rock duo Matt and Kim are here to help with their latest music video.

You might remember Matt and Kim from that one episode of Community, or perhaps from a previous music video in which both Matt Johnson and Kim Schifino took off all of their clothes as they walked through Times Square.

The music video for Let’s Run Away (a song off the duo’s new EP, We Were the Weirdos), was also filmed in New York, but features significantly less nudity. Rather, Matt and Kim explain that this video was inspired by Nicolas Vuignier, who created a GoPro filming technique called “centriphone” while skiing.

Here’s what happened when the band implemented the technique:

“We’d be spinning this coat hanger contraption as fast as we could. I swear it could take an eye out, and people would just not even stop for their own safety,” Kim Schifino told Fast Company in an interview. “When they were almost in the radius we’d have to quickly just swing the thing into the ground to stop it.”
