Daredevil has sadly been one of the few Marvel superheroes who has not been well represented on film — the 2003 Daredevil film starring Ben Affleck was a dud and the 2005 spin-off Elektra was an all-time stinker. Because of this, fans of the world’s first blind superhero will have to hope that he gets redeemed by Netflix’s upcoming TV show based on the sadly under-utilized Marvel character.

Marvel has posted a new teaser video for the series that shows a man in a blindfold — we’re going to go out on a limb and say it’s Matt Murdock, the man who will become Daredevil — walking slowly down a hallway before bursting through a door. Marvel also promises us a full teaser trailer is coming on Wednesday.
