Google’s popular search engine has changed the world by putting a wealth of information at our fingertips. Knowledge is power and information has never been more accessible than it is today. Of course, Google makes it incredibly easy to access some very bizarre information as well, and the Australian SEO specialists at Search Factory have dug through tons of Google data in order to determine the weirdest common queries fielded by Google’s popular search engine.
As noted by News.com.au, Search Factory’s list starts with two items that are a bit more disturbing than they are weird. “How to get away with murder” is searched an average of 1,900 times each month, and “how to hide a dead body” is searched by about 1,000 people every month.
The far more innocent and much less disturbing query “how to make my cat love me” is searched 390 times each month, but things take a curious turn as Search Factory notes that “cat dating” is searched 110 times.
Every month, 135,000 people search Google for “Lady Gaga naked.” Meanwhile, 18,100 people wonder “is Lady Gaga a man?” each month.
“How to win the lottery” is something people wonder 40,500 times every month, and 40,500 people each month wonder “why did I get married?”
18,000 searches each month are from people wondering why men have nipples, 60,500 queries ask if Santa is real, and nearly 5,500 searches are from people wondering how to use Google.
