Verizon Wireless’s upcoming Samsung Galaxy Nexus handset may launch at Best Buy on December 11th. Engadget has obtained what is purportedly an image of Best Buy’s internal inventory system, which shows the 11th as the in-stock date for Samsung’s new Galaxy Nexus. Recent rumors suggested that Verizon plans to launch the phone on December 8th alongside the Motorola DROID 4, and that still may be the case — Verizon’s retailer partners may have to wait a few extra days for their initial shipments. We reviewed the Galaxy Nexus last month and called it the best Android phone to date. The Verizon Wireless version of the handset is nearly identical to the international version we reviewed, but it is slightly thicker and it includes support for Verizon’s LTE network.
