The folks over at U.S. Cellular have announced that they will begin offering the BlackBerry Bold 9650 to their customers on August 18th. The CDMA/GSM 9650 is identical to the model that has been available on Sprint and Verizon Wireless for the last several months. Here are the Cliff’s Notes on the device: EV-DO Rev. A, UMTS/HSPA 2100 MHz, quad-band EDGE/GPRS/GSM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 512 MB RAM, 3.2 megapixel camera, and the unit is BlackBerry 6 ready.
