Phil Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of worldwide marketing, has reaffirmed that his company does plan to release a white iPhone “this spring.” Responding to a user question on Twitter — of all places — the VP stated, “The white iPhone will be available this spring (and it is a beauty!).” Apple is expected to release its next generation smartphone sometime in June — meaning the phone that Schiller is referring to could be the iPhone 5, not the iPhone 4.
