51% of Americans are “not at all confident” that the universe began with the Big Bang. 54% of Americans are “very confident” there is a supreme being watching over things.

59% of Americans think that online dating is a good way to meet people, and 60% of them support same-sex marriage.

64% of Americans own a smartphone. Interestingly, 61% of respondents to a different study said they text and drive.

79% of Americans believe abortion should be legal under certain circumstances, and many people (64%) think euthanasia should be legal, too.

Finally, 61% of Americans believe that more than one person was involved with the JFK assassination, and 93% of Americans do not have confidence in the Congress.
