Galaxy S6 user switches to the iPhone 6, runs back to Android after two weeks

iPhone 6 Vs. Galaxy S6 Android

As we’ve seen countless times in the past, neither iOS nor Android is objectively “better” than the other — both platforms have pluses and minuses and there are legitimate reasons for people to choose either one. Business Insider‘s Antonio Villas-Boas had been a Galaxy S6 owner for a while who was curious enough to give the iPhone 6 a shot. However, he’s gone back to Android after just two weeks with Apple’s smartphone for three key reasons.

DON’T MISS: iPhone 6s: The 6 most exciting new features hitting Apple’s next iPhone

In the first place, he just loves the Galaxy S6’s beautiful display, which he thinks puts the iPhone 6’s to shame by being “brighter, more colorful, and sharper.” Second, he found that calls on the Galaxy S6 sound much clearer than they do on the iPhone 6, although it’s not clear how important this sort of thing is to most users as long as they can understand their calls perfectly fine. And finally, he thinks that the Galaxy S6’s camera slightly edges out the iPhone 6’s, although he acknowledges that both are first-rate smartphone cameras.

He also goes into some of the differences between iOS and Android and about why he still prefers Android’s customization options to iOS’s more locked down approach. Check out his whole piece by clicking here.
