The first thing you have to do to increase your iPhone’s battery recharge speed is to put the device in airplane mode. That way, the iPhone won’t deliver any notifications and it won’t continuously search for carrier signal – these are activities that will use battery life while the handset is charging.
Furthermore, users should remove cases from iPhones while they’re charging, and, if possible, use an iPad charger that can recharge an iPhone faster than its regular charger. Finally, iPhone users shouldn’t turn on the display of the handset while it’s charging.
Using these simple tricks, iPhone owners who have only a few minutes for charging the device will be able to charge it a lot faster. The publication reveals that using these tricks it was able to recharge the battery of the iPhone 6 Plus by 6% during a five-minute charging session, whereas it only obtained 3% of extra life without using these additional steps.
