Good news, iOS developers — you have a shiny new beta to play with for iOS 6.1. 9to5Mac reports that Apple (AAPL) has released its fourth beta for iOS 6.1 as an over-the-air update to developers. The beta was just pushed out the door, so we have no idea what new goodies it contains beyond the usual promises of “bug fixes and improvements.” It’s been just two weeks since Apple released its third beta for iOS 6.1, so the company seems to be picking up the pace when it comes to putting out new fixes for its next major operating system upgrade. Apple will likely release the final version of iOS 6.1 after the holidays.
