iOS developers got a nice little treat on Monday when Apple (AAPL) let them know that the third beta for iOS 6.1 was ready for download. Apple promised developers that the new beta “contains bug fixes and improvements” and can be deployed on “devices dedicated to iOS 6.1 beta software development.” The new beta is now available over the air and information on it should be posted shortly on Apple’s developer page.
