The existence of this next handset is very much a rumor, but it’s a rumor that is almost too good to ignore. Blog AndroidandMe, quoting a “regular source who has provided accurate information about several Android announcements in the past,” is reporting that HTC’s first dual-core, Android handset will be a T-Mobile offering by the name of the HTC Pyramid. Aside from a 1.2GHz, dual-core, Snapdragon processor (MSM8260), the handset will also boast a 4.3-inch qHD display and should be available sometime in May. We’re going to do some digging of our own and see if we can confirm this tasty little rumor with our own sources. We’ll be sure to report back with what we find.
