It looks like the iPhone isn’t the only iconic Apple device to go gold. Nowhereelse.fr has spotted some pictures posted on Chinese social networking site Weibo that purportedly show the second-generation iPad mini in the same champagne-colored gold hue that Apple used for some versions of the iPhone 5s. The pictures also show that the next-generation iPad mini will have the same silver ring around the home button as the one on the iPhone 5s, which signifies that the tablet will have the same Touch ID feature as Apple’s flagship smartphone.
