Making elephants angry is not a smart thing to do, as a video posted on Friday by Barcroft TV makes clear. Apparently a circus went through a town in Denmark last week and it decided to take three of its elephants out for a bath in the ocean. On their way back to their enclosure, a worker strikes one of the elephants on its trunk, which predictably turns out toe be a major mistake. As a result, the elephant starts rampaging and at one point even partially lifts up a car.

Basically, we sympathize with the elephant here — the circus workers brought it out in a large crowd of people and, to top it all off, intentionally antagonized it. And antagonizing elephants who are already upset is a very, very bad idea.
