Words can’t describe how I feel. Here is a bizarre combination of modern technology and relatively antiquated features. Go figure. On the “modern” side, we have an integrated TV tuner, TFT touchscreen QVGA screen, dual SIM support, and a number of external media controls. Mobile TV is a dicey affair, with manufacturers attempting to cram more and more features into smaller and smaller handsets. The downside to this is that it becomes next to impossible to view any sort of video on such a small screen. Score one for the TV Phone V10, featuring 2.6″ of screen real estate, which is veritably luxurious in today’s tiny screen market. On the “antiquated” side, the TV tuner is a simple local network antenna, bringing you none of that DMB goodness that we’ve been seeing so much of recently. It also features an anemic 1.3 megapixel camera, and dual band GSM radios with no 3G support. Boo! If you’re interested, it’s running for $305 in China.
