If you thought the hammock couldn’t get even better when it comes to providing instant relaxation, then you’d be wrong. Someone figured out how to significantly improve it by mixing in a hot tub, and the results are incredible.

Rather than dangling out in a plain old hammock, wouldn’t you rather rest in one that also doubles as a hot tub? That’s what the Hydro Hammock offers.
The product is available in single and double versions, and it’s made of watertight synthetic fabric that can hold the weight of up to 50 gallons of water along with two adults. One of the obvious problems with the Hydro Hammock is that you’ll have to hang it between to very strong trees or other objects capable of holding down all that extra weight.
Once that’s done, you’ll be ready to soak in a hot tub that’s suspended several inches above the ground.
To make it happen, the creators of Hydro Hammock have turned to Kickstarter. The project needs $50,000 by the end of the month, having raised more than $11,000 from 40 backers at the time of this writing.
The single or double Hydro Hammock costs $260 or $390, and will ship at some point this September. That’s certainly affordable, but the package doesn’t include all the other accessories required to complete your experience further. For an extra $920, you get a portable water heater, pump, and other hardware.
