Apple’s new Apple Watch doesn’t go on sale until next month on April 24th, but you won’t have to wait that long to try it on. Beginning April 10th, when Apple will open up pre-orders for the new device, Apple Stores around the country will have models in stock that shoppers will be able to try on and test before they make a purchase.
As it turns out, however, you don’t even have to wait until April 10th to see how the Apple Watch looks on your wrist.

As they say, sometimes the simplest solution is the best solution. And when it comes to seeing exactly what the Apple Watch will look like on your wrist, it doesn’t get any simpler than this.
Via The Loop, we’re pointed to a nice little blog post by Kirk McElhearn, who has found a nice easy way to test out the two different Apple Watch sizes. As Apple announced in September and reiterated during its big Apple Watch event on Monday, the Apple Watch will come with either a 38mm or 42mm case.
McElhearn noticed that the Apple Store app on his iPhone offers photos of the Apple Watch face that are actual size… so he printed them. By taking the printouts, cutting out the watches and holding them to your wrist one at a time, you’ll be able to see exactly how each size will look on your wrist.
