LG Display is seeking damages as well as a permanent injunction blocking sales of Samsung’s Galaxy S III, Galaxy Tab 7.7and Galaxy Note. “This lawsuit has been filed both to enforce LG Display’s intellectual property rights and promote fair competition,” an LG Display spokesperson said.
