We’ve known since the day it was announced that Halo 5: Guardians would be receiving its own collector’s edition, but until now, we’d never seen exactly what the package would entail. That changed on Tuesday when GameStop Italy’s website leaked the contents of the Limited Collector’s Edition early.

According to GameStop Italy, the Limited Collector’s Edition will feature the Limited Edition version of Halo 5 and a commemorative statue from 343 Industries. It’s hard to believe that the huge box pictured in the advertisement won’t have a few more goodies as well (art book? soundtrack?), but those are all the details we have for now.
As for the Limited Edition version of the game included in the box, GameStop says that it will come in a unique Steelbook and will feature “new digital content to increase the combat capability of the Spartan,” which I can only assume means exclusive weapons and armor.
Now that the cat’s out of the bag, 343 Industries and Microsoft might decide to reveal the full package themselves sooner than later, but on the other hand, with E3 2015 just weeks away, we might have to wait until June for official confirmation of the contents of the Limited Collector’s Edition.
The Limited Edition on its own will cost $99.99 and the Limited Collector’s Edition will cost $249.99. Halo 5: Guardians will be available exclusively for Xbox One on October 27th.
