Multiple Apple services are currently suffering a major outage, according to numerous accounts from users. Users have flocked to Apple’s own support forums and Reddit to discuss the outage, which appears to be impacting several different Apple services including the iOS App Store, Mac App Store, iTunes Connect, TestFlight and iBooks store.

Additional Apple services may be impacted, as the issue appears to be affecting all services that require a log in.

Apple has not commented publicly about the outage, which has been affecting numerous services for several hours. As of the time of this writing, Apple’s system status page still did not show any problems with any of the company’s services.

There is currently no indication as to what the cause of the outage might be.

UPDATE: Here is Apple’s statement on the massive outage, which was issued to CNBC:

We apologize to our customers experiencing problems with iTunes and other services this morning. The cause was an internal DNS error at Apple. We’re working to make all of the services available to customers as soon as possible, and we thank everyone for their patience.

UPDATE 2: Apple services finally began coming back online on Wednesday evening.
