Amazing but true: Apple at one time employed a man named Sam Sung, who left the company in late 2013. However, Sung has decided to use his awesomely ironic name to help a greater cause and he’s now auctioning off one of his old business cards on eBay for charity.

As you can see in the picture above, the card shows that Sung worked as a specialist in Apple’s Pacific Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia. Sung says that he stumbled across the card when it dropped out of a book he was reading and that it was still in good condition with “no major folds, dents or scratches.” It was then that he got the idea that someone might pay a pretty penny for the card, especially if they knew their money would be going to a worthy cause.

“With a view to raising money for a very deserving charity, I’m auctioning the only ‘Apple Sam Sung’ business card I have left,” writes Sung. “I’m going to donate ALL of the proceeds [minus eBay fees] to Children’s Wish, BC & Yukon – a not-for-profit that grants wishes to sick children.”

The auction ends on August 15th at just before 10:30 p.m. EDT so you have plenty of time to bid on the card. As of this writing, the card has received 18 different bids, including a high bid of USD $96. We’re very interested to see how high this bidding goes, especially if Apple execs decide that they want the card as a memento.
