Apple Maps has become famous for leading tourists into death traps in the Australian outback and for sending confused drivers directly onto airport runways. However, none of Apple Maps’ assorted victims have suffered as much as Pennsylvania resident Judy Saltsburg, who has been dealing with skiers who keep mistakenly driving onto her property because Apple Maps tells them it’s the best way to get them to the local ski area.

Yahoo News reports that Saltsburg has been chasing away would-be skiers from her driveway for the past year and a half, which just happens to coincide with when Apple first unleashed Maps on an unsuspecting world. The skiers keep coming to her property even though her road is clearly marked as a dead end and she’s put up several signs telling drivers to keep away, including one that reads “Due to price increase on ammunition, do not expect warning shot.”

None of it has done any good because the skiers are so convinced that Apple Maps is giving them accurate information that they refuse to believe her when she tells them that her house is not a ski lodge. She also says that she’s tried to contact Apple about the error but the company has apparently yet to correct the mistake.

“I’ve had three in less than 24 hours,” Saltsburg recently told local station WGAL-TV. “Their big argument is that ‘My app says this is the way to Roundtop.'”
