Before you read too far into it, note that the Security Guy that wrote the report is actually a Microsoft employee, but it still creates a decent amount of questions for those trying to abuse Vista and its potential security pitfalls. And regardless of how jaded you might thing the author may be, it’s tough to ignore the data they used, which does make Vista look, dare we say, moderately impressive.
