Many reports have claimed that Verizon is preparing to launch the Nexus 6, and the carrier has all but confirmed that plans are in motion by releasing late on Thursday a promo video on YouTube called “Nexus 6 | Demo | Verizon Wireless.” That video is now private, but the cat is out of the bag, and an announcement is probably pending — Phandroid has learned even more details about the phablet’s launch.

According to the publication, the phone will be available in Verizon stores starting with March 12th, with marketing materials supposed to go up a day earlier. The phone was supposed to be launched on February 26th, but its release date was further pushed back.

Phandroid has also learned that the Verizon Nexus 6 will launch with Android 5.1 on board, which will bring an improved calling experience, among other things. Android 5.1 comes with an “Enhanced 4G LTE Mode,” or Advanced Calling / VoLTE in the phone’s Cellular network settings.

The Verizon Nexus 6 video the mobile operator uploaded on YouTube follows below, though it’s currently marked as private, and won’t play until Verizon reverts it back to public access.
