Folks waiting for a factory unlocked iPhone 5 won’t have to wait much longer. As spotted by AppleInsider reader Dhaval Dinani, Apple’s (AAPL) website prematurely revealed factory unlocked GSM iPhone 5 handsets will be priced at $649 (16GB), $749 (32GB) and $849 (64GB) and will obviously be available in white/silver and black/slate. Of course, if you own a CDMA iPhone 5 on Verizon (VZ), the GSM nano SIM card slot already comes unlocked. The listed prices for the unlocked iPhone 5 can still be found on Apple’s website, suggesting the prices are likely final. AppleInsider believes Apple will begin selling the factory unlocked iPhone 5 when supply for the smartphone finally catches up to worldwide demand.
