Samsung shows off its wild concepts for flexible screen devices

Samsung’s Galaxy Round was an underwhelming first attempt at making a device with a curved display but the company’s future flexible display devices might be nothing short of mind-blowing. Austrian website OLED.at has obtained a series of pictures showing Samsung’s concepts for flexible displays that give us a much better idea of why Samsung is investing so many resources into this area. The neatest concept shown is a smartphone that can be folded up into the size of a Post-it note and that expands out to a sort of full-display flip phone. Another concept shows a classroom desk whose entire top is a touch display that can be folded upward to give students a better view of their work.
