The annual Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas is bigger and better each year, and themes shift from year to year as new technologies take center stage. Tablets were huge for a while, for example, and then focus shifted gradually to wearables and the “Internet of things” this year.

One thing has remained constant in recent years, however: Samsung always has a massive presence. And at CES 2015, the company’s press conference will likely be the most action-packed event of the show.

Samsung’s press conferences got completely out of control for a while. They were crazy spectacles involving singing and dancing, almost to the point where the products Samsung was showcasing took a back seat.

Thankfully, the company has since reeled in the insanity, and you can expect Samsung’s CES press conference this year to focus on one thing and one thing alone: The future of Samsung’s product portfolio.

We’re bound to see some truly impressive new HDTVs, of course, as Samsung continues to pack in more pixels and increase the size of its flat panels. And since “Internet of things” is the buzz term this year, expect to see all sorts of different connected devices on stage on Monday.

What else might Samsung have in store? There’s only one way to find out.

Samsung’s huge CES 2015 press conference is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. EST / 2:00 p.m. PST, and live streaming video from the event is embedded below.
