It is officially official. Sprint has announced that it will be “the first wireless carrier to bring Android 2.2 to customers […] beginning Tuesday, Aug. 3.” Yesterday, leaked slides indicated that August 3rd was Sprint’s targeted go-live date, but a post on the company’s blog has made the date official.
