Nokia is widely expected to unveil the new Lumia 1020 smartphone during a press conference on July 11th. The phone, which was code-named “EOS,” continues on the same path Nokia has been travelling since making the switch from Symbian to Windows Phone — each new flagship phone has featured a better camera and a slight specs bump. The camera is expected to be turbocharged this time around, packing 41 megapixels and possibly even optical zoom. Now, thanks to leaked images published by Twitter user @evleaks, we can also confirm that the Lumia 1020 is headed to AT&T and that it will feature a new “Nokia Pro Camera” application to accompany the upgraded camera. Earlier rumors suggested the phone will also include a polycarbonate case and a 4.5-inch display with 720p resolution. The leaked images follows below.
