We’re really looking forward to seeing what new smartphones Motorola has in store for us this year and Droid Life has flagged some documents that went through the FCC this week that give us more insight into what Motorola is planning to release in 2015.
FROM EARLIER: Galaxy Note 5 leak: New report highlights insane specs
The most intriguing device is something currently codenamed “Kinzie” that Droid Life suspects may be the 2015 Moto X since it will be available on all major U.S. carriers. Based on earlier leaks, it looks like this device will feature a 5.5-inch QHD display and a Snapdragon 810 processor, both of which are the kinds of hardware we expect to see in flagship devices.
Other devices revealed in the FCC documents include a Verizon device that will either be the third-generation Moto G or the sequel to last year’s acclaimed carrier exclusive Droid Turbo, and a Motorola phone that’s headed to Sprint that will in all likelihood be the third-gen Moto G. In other Motorola-related news, Nowhereelse.fr points out that Hellomotohk has posted a new image on its Facebook page that it claims is the rear casing of a new Droid-branded smartphone that will be headed to Verizon later this year. You can check it out for yourself below.
