They’re sleek and beautiful, they’re fast and powerful, and they’re remarkably well designed. In fact, they’re probably some of the best designed tablets the world has ever seen.

Sales have been up and down as consumers continue to balk at Microsoft’s next-generation Windows platform, but Microsoft has already revealed that upcoming versions of Windows will continue to address many top pain points. For example, the Start menu is finally coming back in August.
Time and time again, Microsoft has shown that it will not give up on Windows 8 or on its Windows 8/RT tablet lineup. And on Tuesday, the company will seemingly debut its third-generation Surface tablets.
Early reports suggested that Microsoft had plans to finally unveil a “Surface mini” after two years of rumors, but now it doesn’t look like that will be the case. Instead, we’re likely looking at refreshed versions of the current Surface and Surface Pro tablets.
