Now, yet another report has popped up to support claims that Apple will launch its highly anticipated iWatch this coming October.
China Economic News on Thursday cited unspecified foreign news agencies in noting that Quanta Computer, the world’s top contract manufacturer of laptop computers, has secured orders to produce 70% of Apple’s iWatch supply.
More interestingly, however, the Taiwan-based paper seems to state conclusively that the iWatch is scheduled for worldwide launch in October. This aligns with earlier reports, and China Economic News has accurately reported information about Apple’s plans numerous times in the past.
The iWatch is expected to feature a 2.5-inch display that is slightly curved on the sides, and it will also likely include a number of health and fitness-related features.
