It’s new iPhone day, boys and girls, and that inevitably means two things. First and most importantly, it means an end to all the leaks and rumors we have seen trickle out over the past few months. Second, it means that those leaks and rumors will kick into high gear leading up to Apple’s big press conference, which is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. EDT, 10:00 a.m. PDT. Until then, expect the leaks to flow and right now we have a pretty big one to share with you.

For the first time ever, a seemingly authentic, fully assembled and functional iPhone 6 has been compared to an iPhone 5s for the first time ever.

FROM EARLIER: Almost 20 video previews of the real iPhone 6 smuggled out of China

This past weekend, a Weibo user in China posted a 7-minute video that is seemingly the first iPhone 6 review the world has ever seen. Now, the same person has taken to Weibo to answer questions about the handset and to share some more photos.

Among the images the user posted is a photograph that shows what he claims to be the real iPhone 6 next to a previous-generation iPhone 5s as well as an old iPhone 5.

As we’ve seen in earlier leaks when iPhone 6 mockups and leaked iPhone 6 housings were compared to the iPhone 5s, the new model is significantly bigger than the current iPhones, which feature 4-inch displays.

Also of note, the bezels on the sides of the new iPhone’s 4.7-inch screen appear to be surprisingly thick, especially considering how thin companies like LG have been able to make the bezel on the sides of its smartphone displays.

Apple’s new iPhone 6 is expected to feature an A8 processor, NFC and a slightly larger battery in addition to its new bigger 4.7-inch display. The phone is thought to be debuting alongside a new iPhone 6 phablet, which will supposedly sport a 5.5-inch screen.

Be sure to tune into BGR later on Tuesday to follow all of the news from Apple’s big event.
