iOS 9 Features

Apple’s new iOS 9 software represents one of Apple’s most exciting releases of 2015. Not, it’s not quite as exciting as the upcoming iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, but iOS 9 will bring refinement and a host of new features to hundreds of millions of devices around the world.

We’ve shown you all of the highlights, and we’ve even dug a bit deeper into iOS 9 to showcase some great lesser known features. Now, a new video dives into iOS 9’s “most exciting hidden features.”

Apple blog MacRumors published a video earlier this week that shows a beta version of iOS 9 running on an iPhone 6. The software is not supposed to be shown off to this extent, as per the terms of Apple’s developer agreement, but the site managed to find a source willing to demo the features.

In the video, the narrator goes through a number of features that many users won’t be aware of. Examples include a hidden iCloud Drive app, a battery widget in Notification Center and some great changes that have been made to Apple’s iOS keyboard.
