The HTC (2498) M7 is expected to be unveiled at a press conference later this month. The flagship smartphone is rumored to be equipped with a 4.7-inch full HD 1080p display, 1.7GHz quad-core processor, and a high-end “ultrapixel” camera. The latest rumors have also suggested that the device may arrive on all four major U.S. carriers and could be known simply as the HTC One. Anonymous Twitter user Evleaks on Monday leaked an alleged press image of the device, and the image reveals that the M7 could have an edge-to-edge display, a metallic frame and an odd two button layout with only back and home keys. The handset also looks suspiciously similar to the BlackBerry Z10, which in turn looks like the iPhone 5. HTC is scheduled to hold a press conference on February 19th in New York City where it is expected to announced the M7 smartphone. BGR will be on hand to bring you the news as it breaks.
