Samsung’s upcoming new Galaxy S6 hasn’t even been announced yet and it’s already one of the most hyped Android phones we have seen in a long time. Recent rumors point to a phone that is certainly worthy of all that hype though, because it looks like Samsung finally has plans to launch a smartphone with design and build quality that matches its power and speed. Basically, it looks like Samsung plans to release an Android-powered mashup between the iPhone 5 and iPhone 6… and in many ways, that’s a good thing.

People are so excited to hear about a Samsung phone with build quality to match its brawn — even if it isn’t even official yet — that they’re already lining up to buy it. And now, one major smartphone retailer has already begun taking Galaxy S6 pre-registrations.

As noted by Samsung news blog SamMobile, U.K.-based Carphone Warehouse has already begun letting customers register to get information about the Galaxy S6 the instant the phone is finally made official. Using a special page on the company’s website, users can input their information to be added to a list, and they will receive information on March 1st as soon as Samsung makes its announcements.

This is not a pre-order mechanism and no payment is taken at the time of registration. It is also unclear what kind of priority registrants will be given, if any. People who sign up will be notified as soon as Galaxy S6 details are made official, and pre-order info will likely be available sometime later.

According to an exclusive report from BGR, the Galaxy S6 will feature an all glass and aluminum housing, a quad HD display, a 64-bit octa-core processor, a 20-megapixel rear camera, up to 128GB of internal storage, a brand new mobile payment system called Samsung Pay, and Android Lollipop.
