Beginning today, you can finally buy the best phablet on the planet

Galaxy Note 4 Launch

Apple’s iPhone 6 Plus might be a better all-around product — and it will definitely sell far more units — but as we said in our recent review, the brand new Galaxy Note 4 is the best phablet in the world. The device is without question the most sleek and solid smartphone Samsung has ever made, and its massive quad HD display is positively gorgeous. What’s more, the Note 4 actually makes use of that giant display with awesome multitasking features and the S Pen stylus, rather than just making “big screen” a check box, as it is on the iPhone 6 Plus.

The wait has seemed like an eternity thanks to months of rumors leading up to the Galaxy Note 4’s launch, but it’s finally over: Samsung’s new Note goes on sale in the United States beginning today.

FROM EARLIER: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 review

The new Galaxy Note 4 features a 2.7GHz quad-core processor and a giant 5.7-inch quad HD display along with 3GB of RAM, a shockingly impressive 16-megapixel rear camera, a 3.7-megapixel front-facing camera, a massive 3,220 mAh battery with fast charging, a fingerprint scanner, a heart rate monitor and Android 4.4.4 KitKat. Best of all, it’s available starting today from every major U.S. carrier, so Samsung fans won’t have to wait unless they’re on Verizon, which will start shipping the phone next week.
