The budget Moto X may have interchangeable back panels

The budget version of the Moto X may be even more customizable than the high-end model. Engadget points us to a leaked picture showing two rear panels that are purportedly of the upcoming low-cost version of the Moto X. What makes this particularly intriguing is that Engadget says the rear panels are “swappable,” which hints that customers who buy the Moto X may be able to order new panels in different colors if they grow tired of their old colors. Motorola said earlier this month that it planned to release a low-cost version of its new flagship phone this fall but didn’t give any specific release date or pricing information. The leaked picture purportedly showing the budget Moto X follows below.
