It’s been a wild ride these past eight years. BGR has grown from a tiny column on a gadget blog into one of the biggest and most influential technology news sites in the world. But as big as the site has become, we’re still a small, tight-knit team and we still appreciate all of our readers just as much as we did on day 1. So to thank you guys, we’re hosting a little party tonight in New York City.
In partnership with HTC, BGR is hosting an anniversary event at Avenue in Chelsea. It starts at 7:15 p.m., so be sure to show up early and have some food and drinks on us. As anyone who has been to a BGR event in the past will surely remember, we always have a great time and there might just be a celebrity or two stopping by.
And best of all, HTC will be on hand showing off its devices, and the company will even be giving a bunch of phones away.
