It may be that demand for the white iPad mini has been off the charts — or it may be that rumors of Apple’s (AAPL) supply chain woes have been 100% accurate. Either way, Apple has already run through its whole stock of white iPad minis and won’t have any more available to ship for another two weeks. The black iPad mini is still in stock, however, and new preorders placed while supplies remain will be delivered on launch day, November 2nd. Apple’s iPad mini features a smaller 7.9-inch display, an ultra-thin case that measures just 7.2 millimeters thick and a dual-core A5 processor.
