Apple launch days are like no other company’s releases, and that holds especially true for the Apple Watch. Why? Because when most products are released, consumers can, you know, buy them. That simply isn’t the case with the Apple Watch, which will only be obtained on Friday by a fraction of people who preordered them, and an even smaller number of people willing to wait in line outside a handful of fashion retailers.

The odds are pretty good that despite how much you want an Apple Watch today, you won’t get one. You can, however, enjoy this unboxing while you wait for your own watch to arrive.

DON’T MISS: Every single Apple Watch app in the App Store, all in one place

Some people who woke up around 3:00 a.m. the morning the Apple Watch became available for preorder will actually take delivery of the brand new Apple Watch on Friday. We say “some people” because half of the Apple Watch models Apple introduced weren’t even available to ship on April 24th the moment preorders went live.

If you can’t count yourself among the select few Apple fans who managed to secure a Watch on Friday, you can at least pretend you’re taking part in the fun by enjoying a nice set of Apple Watch unboxing photos posted on the MacRumors forum by user “fullauto.”

A few of the unboxing images follow below and the rest can be seen by following the link below in our source section.
