Unveiled during the iPhone 6s event in early September, the new Apple TV is Apple’s most exciting TV set top box to date. However, Apple wasn’t ready to start selling the device right after the keynote. With October almost over, Apple is now preparing to launch the new Apple TV online.

The new Apple TV comes in two versions that are identical when it comes to features and specs, except for storage: we’re looking at 32GB and 64GB options priced at $149 and $199, respectively.
Some of the main features of the new set top box include advanced Siri support, universal voice-based search, support for App Store apps and games, and a new remote control.
The old Apple TV model is also still available for purchase, remaining in Apple’s lineup at $69. However, the old hardware won’t support any of the new features present on the 2015 product refresh.
Apple’s online store just started taking preorders for the new Apple TV. Once preordered, the new Apple TV should be shipped to customers by the end of the week or early next week.
